Under no circumstances will the company reimburse the amount paid for the services provided under this basis. Without the signatures of all parties involved, you cannot have a formal advisory contract.

The company reserves creative rights on all materials, data and similar items produced by the company under this agreement. All services and software used by the Company are at all times the exclusive property of the Company and under no circumstances does the Customer have any interest or right to ownership of these materials or software.
