This Amazon Service Agreement (this “SLA”) is a policy that governs the use of the included services (see below) and applies separately to each account using the Included Services. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this SLA and the terms of the AWS Customer Agreement or any other agreement with us that governs your use of our services (the “Agreement”), the terms of this SLA apply, but only to the extent of such conflict. Hourly uptime percentages exclude downtime resulting directly or indirectly from an exclusion from Amazon Compute SLA. . *For the purposes of this SLA, Amazon EC2 includes all Amazon Elastic Graphics, Amazon Elastic Inference, and Elastic IP Address resources acquired with corresponding amazon EC2 instances. . AWS makes economically reasonable efforts to make the included services available for each AWS Region, with a percentage of the monthly operating time of at least 99.99%, during a monthly billing period (the “Service Obligation”). If any of the included services do not fulfill the service obligation, you are entitled to obtain a service credit as described below. . Less than 99.99%, but equal to or greater than 99.0%. This Amazon Service Agreement (this “SLA”) is a guideline that governs the use of the included products and services (listed below) by you or the legal entity you represent (“you”) in accordance with the terms of the AWS Customer Agreement (the “AWS Agreement”) between Amazon Web Services, Inc. and its associated companies (“AWS”, “we”, “us”, or “us”) and you.
This SLA applies separately to each account that uses the included products and services. Unless otherwise stated, this AAA is subject to the terms of the AWS Agreement and the wholesale terms are of the importance set forth in the AWS Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the AWS Agreement. . We will only apply service credits to future payments for the inclusive service, which will otherwise be due by you. At our discretion, we may issue the service credit to the credit card with which you paid for the billing cycle in which the downtime occurred.. . .
