Boots Locum Agreement

Boots might notice that in the end, they lose locums at the price of other companies that offer better packages. `11. If a locum cancels a confirmed booking at any time within 7 working days of the start of a temporary order, the Locum, if it is unable to replace another locum registered with the Agency (the replacement of which has been agreed in writing by the Agency), shall be liable for a cancellation fee of £50.00 to be paid to the Agency within 7 days of the date of publication of the cancellation.
